About Angie's Suite

African American empowerment coaching

Hi there! I’m so glad that you’re here! Welcome to my Suite!

My name is Angie Gordon and like so many women I was caught in a cycle of ambition and burnout. As a young single-mother, I stumbled while attempting to balance the demands of motherhood, career, and personal growth. Life kept happening (single-parenting, marriage, divorce, depression, etc…) while I strived for more. Over the years, I’ve met women from all walks of life, in various seasons of their lives, that struggle with the same.

I have a 20-year background in Social Services including 10 years in Management. While this was a rewarding career, I decided to work more closely with women and young ladies to develop skills that build confidence, embrace self-care, and create space to share their God-given talents.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University and a master’s degree in Educational Counseling from the University of La Verne.

I’ve done the work along my personal journey and endeavor to empower women and the next generation of young ladies so that their journey of self-discovery and success is a little less painful.
